Robert Visser

<div>Robert Visser uses stereo and symetry in his work, creating an illusion of depth. This work is the last in the first cluster of the 'Transform project', a collaboration between Robert Visser and Danny Rumbl. Preparing on his collaboration with Danny this work stand on its own and is rather a reaction on its surrounding like the theater and the use of meanders. The transformation of the theater through the years and the logic theater uses is translated into a stereometrical composition.<br><br>Ruimtelijk ingezet gaat dit kunstwerk op in zijn omgeving. Robert Visser haakte met de deze muurschildering in het Transform project met Stedin en de Gemeente Dordrecht. Voorbereid op zijn collaboratie met Danny Rumbl staat dit werk op zichzelf en is het een reactie&nbsp; op zijn omgeving. De metamorfose van Kunstmin door de jaren heen en theater logica worden vertaald in een stereometrische compositie.</div>

<div>For the first mural of the Synode400 project 'City-Artist' Ton Kraayeveld produced wonderfull mural at the iconic 'Energiehuis' in Dordrecht.<br>In collaboration with Dordrechts Museum Ton picked one of the main themes used in the festival, Language innovation. He reflects on the use of language between the past(time of the synod of Dordrecht) and the here and now.<br>While his work usually is accompanied by almost communistic like imagery he chose to use words and typo for this production.&nbsp;<br><br>Voor de eerste muurschildering is onze eigen Stadskunstenaar Ton Kraayeveld op het Energiehuis aan de slag gegaan. Boven de ingang van Kunstmin en het Hollands Diep Theater aan het Energieplein straalt een nieuw kunstwerk. Aangedragen door het Dordrechts Museum is Ton Kraayeveld aan de hand van het thema taalvernieuwing een tekst gaan schrijven. Voor de productie van dit kunstwerk koos Ton voor een uitdrukking in woord boven een illustratie. De tekst heeft betrekking op het hier en nu, het verleden en de toekomst. het werk betreft een reflectie op de Synode(https://www.synode400.nl/) en de omgeving.</div><div><br>http://www.tonkraayeveld.nl/<br><br></div>

<div>The collaboration between Danny Rumbl and Robert Visser on the Varkenmarkt. A fusion of abstract design colliding with graphic and anekdotes like imagery.&nbsp; Placed in the old part of te city. With this transformation, a mixture of the styles the first cluster is complete.<br><br></div><div>De Collaboratie tussen Robbert Visser en Danny Rumbl vind plaats op de Varkensmarkt. Een fusie van abstracte vormgeving met anekdotische figuren is het schouwspel in het oude centrum van Dordrecht. Middels een transformatie, een vermenging van stijlen is dit het resultaat van het eerste kluster.</div>

<div>Next to ur iconic former garage on the Kromhout u can find between the urban wilderness and decay a painted object. For the project 'Transform' Robert Visser produced this abstract image.&nbsp; Thanks to its composition the image shines between al the green and decay.<br>This painted object is next to Lucia Alonso's artwork.<br><br>Naast de beruchte voormalige garage op het kromhout bevindt zich tussen de aftakeling en wildgroei een beschilderd object. Binnen het project Transform van Stedin produceerde Robbert Visser deze abstracte afbeelding. De afbeelding steekt door zijn compositie keihard af tegen zijn omgeving. De kleuren zorgen voor verzoening, dit object is gelegen aan het Kromhout naast het kunstwerk van Lucia Alonso.&nbsp;</div>

Boven waait de wind

<div>The second object that Danny Rumbl painted for the 'Transform' project is hidden between de the big roads crossing the center.<br>When u look good u can see its reflection in the windows of the school building of Inholland at the Spuiboulevard.<br>The fazant used and accompanied with items are referring to items and typical imagery used in the old arts. As cautious as the fazant is in its behaviour its well placed in a narrow street.<br>&nbsp;<br>Het tweede object dat Danny Rumbl onder handen nam ligt verscholen tussen de Spuiboulevard en het Achterom. Ook de Fazant met aangevulde items is een referentie naar de elementen gebruikt in het verleden. De Fazant ligt zo schichtig als hij is verscholen in de Nieuwe Hilstraat.</div>

Not as Creepy as i seem

<div>The first object officially painted for the 'Transform' project. created by Danny Rumbl it is the first of a serie of clusters of paintings through the city. A number of little utility houses are painted by several artists. Every cluster consist up to 5 utility houses to paint by two artists. The start with solo productions on the outer houses of the cluster. In the middle the two artists collaborate and create 'transformation of styles. The muralist Danny Rumbl has used elements in his work that reflect on the old paintings residing in the Dordrechts Museum.<br><br>Het eerste object dat officieel onder handen werd genomen voor het Transform" project. De uit Rotterdam afkomstige Danny Rumbl mag het startschot geven met de beschildering van dit object aan de Koninginnestraat. De Illustrator die welbekend is met de openbare ruimte gebruikt de geprezen historische schilderkunst uit Dordrecht als inspiratiebron. Vogels zijn veel terug komende figuren in de oude composities even als in Rumbl zijn werk. Gestileerde vogels zijn referenties naar wat is geweest.</div>

Robert de Visser

<div>A collaboration between Robert de Visser and Simian Switch, both local artists.<br>The mural is a single production and produced in cooperation with the owner.<br>The work is inspired on the style of the house inside and the craftsmanships that came with past labour techniques. The owner was an oldskool painter with a passion for old marmering techniques, the heraldic and it color schemes.</div>

<div>Our work ”(Sub)Merge” is about the collision of realities and the changes this brings along.<br>450 years ago the Iconoclasm took place in the most parts of Holland. The rich culture build imagery was replaced for the worth of the word. In the present we once again seem to be submerged in a new way of information processing.</div>

<div>This 40 meter wall is produced by Iconoclash and painted by Robert Visser, Nnamari and Simian Switch.<br>The wall is made as an practical solution against some problems the street and its inhabitants where having there for a long period because of a homeless center.<br>The painting on the wall is a collaboration between the three artists resembling the struggle these people have fitting in society.</div>
