641. Taki MykTaki Myk in his recent paintings points out how deeply we interfere with our environment. We change the world around us not only directly, but indirectly through our lifestyle, consumer choices and election choices. Taki Myk shows animals "contaminated" and modified by human products: machines and mechanical components. That is his strong, ecological statement.
643. Robert OBERTRobert OBERT is an urban artist with a graphics background, who uses his signature cyberpunk visual approach to highlight postmodern themes and mirror the social and political scenery, inviting the public to introspection, critical thinking and exiting the comfort zone. Climate change, social inequalities, the dysfunctional system we live in or even the investigation of the subconsciousness are just a few of the themes the artist is focused on in his creative journey, delivering them in comics, murals, illustration and a wide range of mixed media - sometimes even sculpture.
So far OBERT has been active in Romania, Europe, and the United States, putting together group and solo shows as well as Street Art interventions in major cities like Bucharest, Ploiesti, Cluj, Timisoara, New York City, Portland, San Francisco, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Prague, Paris, Luxembourg, Florence, Porto, Sofia and more.
644. SegundoHi! I’m Segundo Urbina, a self-taught muralist and illustrator born in Chosica, Peru, and currently based in Argentina. From an early age, I settled in San Miguel, Buenos Aires, where I now live and carry out my artistic work.
In 2017, while painting the corner of my home, I discovered muralism—without imagining it would completely change the course of my life. I began learning on my own, using digital platforms like YouTube, which allowed me to explore and experiment with a wide range of techniques.
Over time, art became my craft and way of life. My search goes beyond the aesthetic; my style is rooted in magical realism, where imagination and symbolism engage in dialogue with everyday reality. I work with a vibrant color palette, where cyan, magenta, and violet predominate—colors that help me create dreamlike and emotional atmospheres on every wall.
Thanks to this vocation, I’ve had the opportunity to paint in various towns and provinces across Argentina, as well as in countries like Paraguay and Bolivia.
645. SPAZSpaz is a Lebanese graffiti artist, a key member of the Beirut scene since 2012. The meaning of his name, according to him, is "the loss of mental and physical control" that applies to each of us. We all have our “bugs” based on our daily lives. Spaz's name, identity and characters project these personal and public experiences, creates a link between the concrete and the absurd. Spaz is always exploring, experimenting with different styles, expressions, movements and mediums, and regularly collaborates with other artists all around the globe.
Having traveled to showcase his talents from Latin America to Europe, in various festivals and cultural events, Spaz feeds off his inspirations and enjoys equally clean and stylish vandalism, as well as huge murals where textures and characters abound. These characters have become his trademark, and their expressions tinged with pure madness can be found everywhere.

652. Fly PontesI was born and raised in the Algarve, the region of Portugal that inspires me with its intense light and vibrant colors. This connection to my homeland is not just personal; it's the foundation of my palette.
My artistic journey began with technical rigor: I graduated in Illustration Design from Ar.Co (Lisbon, 2000). This illustration training gave me the precision, detail, and storytelling ability that I apply today to all my works, whether on a small canvas or a giant mural.
Since 2014, my passion for scale has led me to move from canvases to buildings. Today I am an artist focused on Mural Painting and Urban Art, with interventions throughout the country.
I believe that Urban Art in Portugal is a powerful force for requalification and for inserting fantasy into everyday life. My style is a fusion of fantasy and precision, where I often use stencil techniques to achieve complex textures and forms. This is how I bring my "Admirable Colorful World" to life amidst the concrete, transforming monotony into art.
My art is not just about painting; it's about creating connections. In 2013, I was one of the Founding Partners of the 100 Pavor Association of Visual Artists, based in Évora, where I actively worked to bring art to the community.
Today, I dedicate myself to mural painting projects in the Algarve – starting from São Bartolomeu de Messines – but I also take my work to clients and public spaces throughout the country and beyond.

655. DACOSTADaCosta (b.1993) is a self-taught visual artist born in Cascais, Portugal, who from an early age revealed an innate ability to create imaginary universes, heroes and creatures.
Restless, he began exploring spray paint at the age of twelve and has not stopped since.
Having recorded numerous interventions on street walls, private works and even some collaborations in commercial projects, his desire to go further did not stop there.
Over time, and because with talent comes the weight of responsibility, his work began to address environmental and social problems, using animals to take the place of people, thus personifying, in a critical way, everything that happens around him. Frequently using irony in his pieces, he introduced us to his imaginary, critical and comical world.
The idea that he would not stop at 2D remained in his mind, and in 2022, when he came into contact with the ancestral method of manufacturing Portuguese tiles, an infinite world of possibilities was revealed.
After the amazement of someone who records countless broken tiles and internalizes the stunning, unexpected results that only firing tiles can achieve, this artist in change sees his passion (almost obsession) for traditional Portuguese tiles born here.
DaCosta immediately embarked on a journey that already includes several kilometers of tiles made, if it were possible to measure an artist's journey in meters.
In 2022, he presents us with work based on a modern-classical dichotomy translated into Renaissance compositions, his fascination with nature and also all the inputs from the world around him. Influenced by his fertile imagination, DaCosta brings back to the world pieces in archaic tiles, full of visual minimalism and simple design, but always full of powerful or pertinent messages.
Currently, his main mission is to promote and spread traditional Portuguese culture embodied in tiles. We can therefore say that "Wherever DaCosta's (p)art goes, it will be accompanied by this artistic heritage of Portuguese Tiles."
His goals are to work with Portuguese tiles, this brand that represents Portuguese culture beyond borders, in the same unique way that dates back to the 15th century, and to exhibit his art so that it is accessible to everyone.
And for all this...
DaCosta feels at home on the street!
656. ChusChus is an Italian street artist based in Denmark, where he discovered my passion for Graffiti and Street Art.
The objective of Chus' art is to paint stories from surreal worlds that are somehow entwined with everyday life. His aim is to make the viewer experience a moment of wonder while strolling around the city.
In his work he gets inspired by the fascinating world of psychology and the subconscious, as well as by the wonders of nature and the complexities of the human experience such as the unwritten rules of communication.
Chus has been painting murals since 2016 and since 2021 he has painted and participated in festivals all around Europe (Denmark, Germany, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Kosovo, Italy, Sweden).
He enjoys meeting new artistic and creative souls, and exchanging ideas and points of view.
Chus is also inspired by folklore, new encounters, stories, forests and dancing.
657. James KlingeJames Klinge (b. 1983) is an artist from Glasgow, Scotland that brings an exciting contemporary approach to traditional forms of portraiture and figurative painting, specialising his technique with hand cut stencils and spray paint.
The subjects in his paintings aim to tell a story whether from historic influence or based on current affairs through his unique style and execution not only in his works on canvas, but also in his ability to work on a larger scale for his mural creations.
Previously, Klinge had worked successfully anonymously under the pseudonym “Klingatron” which he decided to retire at the start of 2016 for personal and professional reasons. His work saw a dramatic change at this time as well bringing a combination of intricacy and detail from his work delivered from his stencils complimented what he describes as “controlled chaos” from expressive mark making from his palette knife. Whilst inspired by the classical masters of figurative painting, Klinge has dedicated the past two decades developing his control with spray paint to manipulate it in an unseen unique way. From this his figurative and portrait paintings leave the viewer in amazement through texture and striking marks that they are looking at an oil painting rather than something straight from a can.
Through this unmatched execution of painting that has allowed James Klinge to also exhibit his paintings internationally during the past two decades.
