81. Artiste RastA French street artist, RAST (33) started painting at the age of 14. His style is instantly recognizable, characterized by a blend of detailed realism and very dense texture with bright, cheerful colors.
A couple years ago, RAST achieved a 'jamais vu' effect by creating a new concept MECHNANICAL PAINTING / mechanized frescoes. For real, these move thanks to a combination of technology and renewable energy.
Always looking to innovate and go further, RAST multiplies the movements by adding more electric motors. First one, then 6 (Melchior - France - 2022), then 8 (Rosa - North Carolina - USA - 2022) and 12 (RenArtWlk Festival - Indiana - USA - 2023).
Movements are also becoming more complex. In his latest mural, (Marianne - France - 2023), RAST makes a bird flaps its wings.

84. Pol CosmoPol Cosmo is a street artist from Ghent, Belgium. There is not that much known about his identity. He draws beautiful insects that pop up everywhere in the city. We had the chance to talk to him and ask him some questions.
Remarkably, he keeps saying he is not a good illustrator. “In school we had to draw these boring objects like apples, a glass, grapes, … and I wasn't any good at it. So I came to the conclusion I could better quit drawing, even though I liked it. It took me more than 15 years to realize there is more to illustrating than being able to make an image that resembles the reality as closely as possible.” His style is easy to recognize: black and white drawing, bold lines, patterns, … “Yes, I found a way to conceal my weaknesses. [laughs] Afterwards I copy them and I add some color. When they are ready, I cut them out and then they find their way to the streets.”
“The intention is to bring some color in the city, to make the neighborhood a nicer place to live and to surprise the people in a positive way. So dull gray concrete surfaces, electricity boxes, empty houses, … are perfect.”
85. Tony Gallo"In my works the human form is like a second skin, which has the ability to camouflage itself in nature taking on the forms of an animal or a tree, whilst maintaining however the feelings, the emotions and the values of men. This artistic research has become an introduction into a magical journey from which I have learnt an important lesson, which is contradictory in that you need to look beyond reality but at the same time not trust in what you see." TONY GALLO
86. Andrea BuglisiAndrea Buglisi is a Sicilian painter born in Palermo in 1974. He graduated in Decoration at the Academy of Fine Arts in 1998 with a thesis on Street Art. Since 2005 he teaches Painting Disciplines at the Liceo Artistico E. Catalano in Palermo. Actively involved in urban renewal projects, he describes his research as follows: "A kind of visual trap. I tend to lure the viewer with captivating images in terms of color and composition that wink at design and advertising. However, at a deeper level of reading we see something restless that, through the privileged trace of irony, conveys a critical message to society with its conventions and collective neuroses."
His work often addresses social and political issues, blending realism with surreal and symbolic elements. Buglisi's art frequently explores themes of identity, memory, and collective consciousness, reflecting the complexities of urban life. He draws inspiration from history, literature, and pop culture, using bold colors and intricate details to engage viewers emotionally and intellectually.

91. AstroAstro created his first graffiti art in 2000 in the northern suburb of Paris.
Focusing on lettering and Wildstyle at first, this self-taught and passionate artist brings his knowledge and technique towards an abstract art which mixes curves, calligraphy and dynamic shapes.
Astro has created his own world by exploiting the subtlety of shadows and lights, the strength of colours, and the perspective of depths.
At ease with large formats, through walls on which he inscribed his art in the heart of the city, this muralist also likes working in a studio. Thanks to the spontaneous and impulsive imprint which characterizes him, Astro deceives the viewer’s eye by distorting the flatness of facades and paintings, creating impressive optical illusions.
His energy and his originality make Astro one of the major street artists, as shown by his presence at many international festivals ( USA, London, Italy, Germany, Portugal…).
92. Nuno ViegasNuno Viegas (1985), also known as Metis, is a Portuguese artist and founder of the Policromia Crew art collective, who began his artistic journey with graffiti in 1999. He later completed various Visual Arts degrees, and in 2014 moved to Rotterdam, where he did an internship with renowned artist Tymon de Laat. It was during his time in the Netherlands that he discovered a new artistic identity and began to develop his painting technique, with themes strongly influenced by the world of graffiti. This has been the focal point of his production and continues to be his greatest source of inspiration. His work presents us with a contrast between the visually aggressive and sometimes dirty reality of traditional graffiti, and his own peaceful and clean representation of that same reality. The approach to this theme stands as a continuous tribute to all those who dedicate part of their lives to this art form: graffiti writers who keep tradition alive in a time where the definition of graffiti tends to be blurred and mixed with street art. Since 2016 he has been a constant presence in the international urban art scene, working on a variety of projects and showing his work on walls and in art galleries across the globe.
93. Gera1Gera is a Visual Artist who lives and works in Athens, Greece.
He started as a graffiti writer and he has also graduated from the School of Fine Arts. His practice focuses on reinterpreting reality through the visualization of recurring color contrasts.
Getting his influence from the glitch art aesthetic, he attempts to intercommunicate parallel stories narrated through multiple layers of movement, form, and texture. His figurative expression becomes part of an abstract language where malfunction, error, and deformation coexist in an environment of harmonic deconstruction.
As a graffiti artist, he aims to work on different surfaces using spray paint as his primary material. Through distortion and visual glitches, he creates fragmented structures that redefine the limits of the real and the illusion of perfection.
In his latest work, big-scale compositions are conveyed into abstract-shaped canvases, optimizing the application of antithetic materials.

98. Rocket01Rocket01 is a highly accomplished street artist and mural painter with over three decades of experience in the field. Originating from Sheffield, UK, Rocket01 currently resides in Portugal where he operates a studio in the northern city of Porto.
With a unique and recognisable style, Rocket01's work has gained recognition globally. He began as a graffiti artist in 1994 and quickly distinguished himself with his signature letter style incorporating realism and 3D elements. Later on, he transitioned to larger-scale mural projects, traveling worldwide to bring his art to diverse communities.
In his early graffiti years, he painted Sheffield's abandoned buildings, working alone in solitude. These hidden works became a crucial period of growth and experimentation, allowing him to refine his artistic skills and explore different styles. Despite remaining underground and unseen by the public, this time shaped his artistic identity and laid the foundation for future achievements.
Today, Rocket01 has shifted his focus to murals, studio work, and canvas paintings, where he explores his passion for dreamy sci-fi retro surrealism. His paintings often touch on themes of environmentalism, technology, science, and the natural world, inviting viewers to interpret and connect with his art in their own way.
Rocket01's artwork is instantly recognisable for its distinctive colour palette, which draws inspiration from the colours found in plant life. Although he initially used a combination of red and green hues, he has since expanded his use of colour to include turquoise and pink shades, among others. This limitless approach to colour allows Rocket01 to create truly unique and striking pieces that showcase his creativity and artistic talent.
Throughout his work, Rocket01 frequently incorporates the peace sign and CND badge as symbols of environmental and social consciousness. He also includes helmets, headwear, and animals as representations of the natural world and human progress.
Rocket01's painting techniques are as unique as his style. He specialises in using spray cans on canvas using a specially modified cap to achieve incredibly fine, almost hairline strokes. While it can be a challenging and time-consuming process, it's the method that Rocket01 has perfected over time, allowing him to maintain a connection to his street art roots.
With his dedication to his craft and unique artistic style, Rocket01 is truly a standout figure in the world of street art and mural painting.
99. BubleGumTirso Paz, known as Bublegum, grew up drawing and listening to hip-hop in Lugo, Spain. At the age of 16, he began painting on walls, a passion that has stayed with him to this day. His artistic development has been self-taught, also inspired by other disciplines such as tattooing and sculpture. Over time, he has evolved into a multidisciplinary artist with murals around the world and works showcased in international galleries.

His primary sources of inspiration are female portraits and elements of nature, which he transforms into visually captivating compositions with meticulous attention to detail, where light plays a crucial role.
In 2020, driven by the desire to take his art further, Bublegum introduced what he now calls the "Ornamental Style," a unique fusion of animals and intricate filigree. Fascinated by ornamental designs often found in architectural facades, he began translating his vision into various mediums. This approach unlocks endless creative possibilities, bringing to life elaborate visual narratives in both small and large formats.
Bublegum aims to create a natural connection between his works and their surroundings, crafting highly detailed murals and beautifying urban areas.

Constantly challenging the limits of his creativity, he remains a fresh and influential presence in the urban art scene, always thinking about his next piece and how to surpass the previous one.
