Get a taste of Vielfalt

This realistic, black-and-white portrait depicts a child biting into a colorful apple. The figure is surrounded by various fruits and branches, along with the phrase "Get a taste of Vielfalt" ("Get a taste of diversity"). The vibrant orange-red background makes the monochrome portrait stand out all the more.

The mural is located in a railway station underpass. It is the work of Frankfurt-based artist Honsar. He created it in 2020, during the pandemic, as part of the local "Meeting of Styles" event. The project was organized by Buntic Media in collaboration with Deutsche Bahn and the city of Ludwigshafen. In total, 25 international artists took part in the project.
