Saint Petersburg

The mural by artist Alexander Lebedev (aka Elevenade) depicts the cityscape of Saint Petersburg (Russia), featuring the Rostral Columns on Vasilevsky Island, the Neva River and grand classical architecture. On the right side, the opening Palace Bridge can be seen. The scene is set against a vibrant, reddish-orange, cloudy sky.

The mural was created in September 2020 as part of the "Meeting of Styles" project at the train station in Ludwigshafen. The event was organized by Buntic Media in collaboration with the city and Deutsche Bahn. More than 20 international artists took part in redesigning the station.
