Description

The mural shows human faces and animal faces, often combined and repeatedly aligned. Eyes are the dominant motif. The mural in the station underpass is part of the large-scale street-art programme at Ludwigshafen Central Station, created in 2020 during the COVID-19 period. 25 international artists took part in the project. It was organised by Buntic Media with Deutsche Bahn and the city of Ludwigshafen.

The artist Koz Dos wrote about his mural in November 2020: ‘Given the global situation, it is a joy and a privilege to be able to paint - and, through the dab of paint, the gesture, and the imprint, to achieve that union of color from which an image emerges: a composition of areas that enter into dialogue, play with one another, and interlock.’
