Street Art in Verviers has its own character that, unlike in other cities, is closely linked to the city's identity. For several decades now, the city has made a lot of effort to support this multiculturalism and to have it live together in a tolerant way, even in solidarity. Many frescoes have grown out of concern for human rights, equality and solidarity, far from hatred and fear.
