Distorted reality of Benzo's Vol. II (@aurababy.777)

The glitch aesthetic is not just a visual device, but a statement: distortion communicates the perceived fragility and the resilience necessary to exist in a hyperconnected world. Visual glitches evoke anxiety, overstimulation, and saturation: a common element in nowadays youth's experience.

Rural tradition in tension and dialogue with modernity.

The traditional-digital tension of the mural's background, which blends with the figure with glitch fragments. As if we were flipping the image through a giant broken screen. The glitch is not just an error: it is the mark of a new subjectivity in formation. A new language. Visual and emotional. Redefining the supposed fragility as a form of genuine expression.

Fragmented identity, living between multiple versions of oneself: the public one (social media), the internal one (emotions), and the one expected to be (ideal image).

The figure represents the youth of the villages, with the paradox of being connected to the entire world yet feeling local isolation. Being part of rural culture, yet growing up in a global culture.

The “glitchified” Mona Lisa in Denia is a way of saying: Classical art is reborn in the countryside. And today's youth, although different, continue to carry universal questions: “Who am I, what do I feel, how do they see me?”

The Renaissance in the rural streets.

The use of the Mona Lisa composition creates a historical connection that underscores a key message of urban art: Art does not belong only in museums or cities. It also lives, is reborn, and is reinterpreted on the walls of our villages.
