<div>&nbsp;For Cromatico Muralfest Cambre&nbsp;<br><br>This piece serves as a reminder, a throwback to our childhood.<br>The inocence, the eyes full of wonder, knowing nothing, having nothing, but feeling so whole, so connected with life. Those golden moments of wonder, joy, no tension, no worry, no anxiety, have to be regained, have to be rediscovered.<br>The child looking at a butterfly on her shoulder may seem like a simple everyday scene, however, it hides one of the great reflections of our society, the lack of human presence. How much importance do we give to each moment? On what basis do we give it?<br><br>'Enraizado No Presente' speaks to us precisely about that, about the great importance of paying attention, with all our being, to the little magical moments that happen around us, all of them.<br><br><br></div>

<div>Created for&nbsp; Cromático Mural Fest</div><div><br></div><div>Fendetestas is a literary character from the play "El Bosque Animado", a work by Wenceslao Fernández Flórez that takes place in the Cecebre forge, belonging to the municipality of Cambre.<br><br>Said character is a farmer who has decided to become a bandit, making the forge his home and field for his misdeeds. There he meets Fiz de Cotovelos, a ghost who sighs for not having fulfilled his two dreams in life: to go to San Andrés de Teixido, and to America. Although the two characters end up becoming friends, Fendetestas is desperate, since the presence of the specter in the forge scares away the walkers, leading to the ruin of the bandit's business. The appearance of the Santa Compaña will suppose the solution that satisfies both Fiz and Fendetestas.<br><br>I had wanted to portray the great Xosé Touriñán for a long time and I proposed to him to interpret my particular version of this character and act as a model for the work. Thank you very much @touri for posing and for even providing all the props to create our Fendetestas, which already shines in Os Campóns.<br>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br>Fendetestas es un personaje literario de la obra “El Bosque Animado”, obra de Wenceslao Fernández Flórez que se desarrolla en la fraga de Cecebre, perteneciente al municipio de Cambre.<br><br>Dicho personaje es un labrador que ha decidido hacerse bandido, haciendo de la fraga su hogar y campo para sus fechorías. Ahí conoce a Fiz de Cotovelos, un fantasma que suspira por no haber cumplido en vida sus dos sueños: ir a San Andrés de Teixido, y a América. Aunque los dos personajes terminan por trabar amistad, Fendetestas está desesperado, pues la presencia del espectro en la fraga ahuyenta a los caminantes, llevando a la ruina el negocio del bandido. La aparición de la Santa Compaña supondrá la solución que contente tanto a Fiz como a Fendetestas.<br><br>Hacía tiempo que me apetecía retratar al gran Xosé Touriñán y le propuse interpretar mi particular versión de este personaje y hacer de modelo para la obra. Muchas gracias @touri por posar y por incluso haber aportado todo el atrezzo para crear nuestro Fendetestas, que ya luce en Os Campóns.</div>
