This artwork was initiated during times of Covid to convey a positive message in difficult times. The artists chose to make an artwork about connection. The will to touch is always there, but was restricted during the Covid pandemic. The fist bump has been a normal greeting in street culture for a long time, but gained popularity in all of society in this period.

This work was made in 2020 but only finished in 2022, since there a structure obstructing part of the utility building the artwork is on.

Dit kunstwerk is Geïnitieerd ten tijde van Covid om een positieve boodschap over te brengen in moeilijke tijden. De kunstenaars kozen ervoor een kunstwerk over verbinding te maken. De wil om elkaar aan te raken is altijd sterk, maar werd beperkt tijdens de Covid pandemie. Het geven van een box is al sinds jaar en dag een normale begroeting in de straatcultuur, maar in deze periode groeide het in popularitiet in de hele samenleving.

Dit werk is gemaakt in 2020, maar werd pas afgemaakt in 2022 omdat er een bouwwerk in de weg stond van het nutsgebouw waar het op geschilderd is.
