De uit Scherpenheuvel-Zichem afkomstige Lars Van Cauwenbergh, die werkt onder de artiestenaam TUZQ, werkt steeds vanuit een digitaal ontwerp dat hij rechtstreeks op de muur plaatst. Zijn stijl noemt hij zelf figuratief en een mix tussen mysterieus, duister, vrolijk en kleurrijk. Hij werkt met heldere kleuren en veel natuurlijke elementen.

Originally from Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, Lars Van Cauwenbergh, who works under the artist name TUZQ, always works from a digital design that he places directly on the wall. He calls his style figurative and a mix between mysterious, dark, cheerful and colourful. He works with bright colours and many natural elements.

Samenwerking tussen Bartkore en KRS1 a.k.a. Krisje Dirckx.

In mei 2021, in volle coronatijd, beschilderde het kunstenaarscollectief ‘Limbuddies’, aangevoerd door Krisje Dirckx (KRS1), deze fietstunnel in Bree. Het project was een initiatief van de leerlingen van het 5de jaar van de lokale middelschool SAB.

Alle werken in de tunnel verwijzen naar het centrale thema ‘observatie en creatie’. Het gezamenlijke kunstwerk op de twee tunnelwanden draagt de titel ‘Ode aan de nieuwsgierigheid’.

KRS1 schilderde de astronaut, in de figuren aan de linkerzijde herken je de kenmerkende stijl van Bartkore.

Collaboration between Bartkore en KRS1 a.k.a. Krisje Dirckx.

In May 2021, in full corona time, the artist collective ‘Limbuddies’, led by Krisje Dirckx (KRS1), painted this bicycle tunnel in Bree. The project was an initiative of the students of the 5th year of the local secondary school SAB.

All the works in the tunnel refer to the central theme of ‘observation and creation’. The joint artwork on the two tunnel walls is entitled ‘Ode to curiosity’.

KRS1 painted the astronaut, in the figures on the left you can recognise Bartkore's distinctive style.
