It is on the side of the building with full access from the path next to it.
The artist, Curtis Hylton, has created murals around the UK & Europe and regularly uses flowers to build the image he wants.
I would recommend visiting the 'Legal Walls' in Winnesh, Reading (22 large walls) as there are usually a few of his pieces there!
