This is a spot where graffiti is painted frequently. It is not an official legal wall. It's more like a "semi legal" wall. The owners of the parking don't mind, neither does city. The art changes on an irregular bases. In addition this is a mini skating park made by the skaters in the neighborhood. It is also covered by the bridge which runs above it.
