Its one of the tallest black and white work of art one can see at the Delhi Police headquarters buildin, at ITO in New Delhi , The portrait, spread over 150 ft x 38 feet wall, was done by  by German graffiti artist Hendrik Beikirch (also known as ECB), along with Delhi-based artist Anpu Varkey.
