Hôtel Molitor Paris

For sixty years after its opening in 1929, Molitor was the most popular swimming pool in Paris. When it closed in 1989 and was classed as a listed historic building; it gradually became a Mecca for the Parisian underground and especially graffiti. Artists from the world over have left their mark here, from the Legendary New-Yorker Seen to the Parisian Psyckoze. In 2014 Molitor came back to life as a deluxe hotel and dozens of street artists from everywhere were invited to create artworks in the unused cubicles of the Winter Pool. Since then visitors can discover urban art through visits and temporary exhibitions.
