An original illustrated limerick, written and painted by the muralist, Angry Dan. The piece was inspired by William Wordsworth’s poem ‘I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud’ (also commonly known as ‘Daffodils’), which Wordsworth wrote after walking near Ullswater, Cumbria. The piece is part of Angry Dan’s Cumbrian Limerick Trail - a trail of 5 murals about great British works of art that were inspired by the local landscape.
Thanks to Blank Wall Assassins for commissioning, iSH Ltd for backing the project, Cleator Moor Town Council for support, and JJ House for permissions.
