Tour Elentrik is een StreetArt Project opgestart door verschillende gemeenten i.s.m. Treepack, waarbij oude en lelijke stroom en nutskasten worden opgewaardeerd met een laagje kunst rond het thema duurzaamheid/ecologie.
Leuven werd gekozen als plaats omdat er in deze studentenstad meer dan 50 werken te vinden zijn en daardoor ook de gemeente met de meeste Tour Elentrik-werken.

Tour Elentrik is a StreetArt Project started by various municipalities in collaboration with Treepack, in which old and ugly electricity and utility boxes are upgraded with a layer of art around the theme of sustainability/ecology.
Leuven was chosen as the location because there are more than 50 works in this student city and therefore also the municipality with the most Tour Elentrik works.
