El mural es parte de un proyecto de la galería 'Metro21' llamado "Confluencia" que busca pintar 52 murales en las 52 comunas de Santiago, en torno al tema central: El agua.

El mural se llama "Fugacidad" y tiene que ver con la aparición cada vez menos recurrente de las lluvias en Santiago. La sequía del territorio hace más de 25 años y la poca regulación a la industria minera y agricultura.
