Con unas dimensiones de 300 metros de extensión, su autor, el artista Abel Ferreras 'Caín', ha plasmado y visibilizado el compromiso y el apoyo con las personas que han sufrido, sufren o sufrirán violencia de género.

La obra, que forma parte de la "Ruta de Arte Mural al aire libre" de  localidad santa martina, esta protagonizada por el rostro de una mujer, quien está acompañada de numerosos libros, que reposan en la biblioteca, y que representan la preparación para conseguir, peldaño a peldaño, sus objetivos y metas. Es en esa parte de los libros donde el artista transmite esa preparación y ese afán de superación como ayuda para sortear los obstáculos.
