Welcome to the cohousing project Bijgaardehof. This new housing area is built on the old Malmar factory plant. This factory was abandoned for many years. During these years, ROA used this place to develop his world known black and white style. There were more than 40 pieces by him in this factory. After all the construction works, there are still some left. <br/>
