Bonaparte Patterson

First 3D Mural ever made and was painted on the side of a row house in 2005 in Baltimore. The mural is about the love affair of Jerome Bonaparte from France and Elizabeth Patterson from Baltimore and is inspired by the Romeo and Juliet scene on the balcony where Juliet cries out “Oh Romeo, Romeo, where out thou Romeo” but here the roles are reversed, and Jerome ignores his wife and child while being obsessed with himself. Elizabeth looks back to her son for strength as her husband rejects her. Her son pulls his mother away from France, Jerome, and back to Baltimore. Jerome came to Baltimore in the early 1800s on a tour of America where he meets Elizabeth Patterson in Baltimore, they were married in 1803 and had a son named Jerome. Jerome’s older brother, Napoleon, was furious and forced his younger brother to abandon and divorce his American wife while she was pregnant.
