The charcaters of the mural are inspired from ancient roman statues, the birds are a representation of safetiness as one time someone told me a very interesting story about pigeons, if you are at sea and release a pigeon there are two outcomes, if the pigeon comes back it means it did not find soil but it if does not come back it means that it found soil and following it would asure that one has found shore.
