At this place there was a a nunnery in the 15th and 16th century that was a safe place for women to be. Meuleman gave the neighbourhood a strong female protector back. This work consists of two portraits in one. One of Sophia where you see her right in the face and one where you see the left sight of her head. The work consists of more than 20.000 blue stripes!
