Der Sähmann
Description
In order to open up artistic and cultural values to a broader public, to bring them closer to young people in particular and transport historical works of art into the future by means of urban art, Dr. Hans Riegel-Foundation has launched art project series "Walls of Vision".
Rotterdam based artist duo TELMO & MIEL have chosen and reinterpreted the famous historic artwork of Vincent van Gogh „Der Sämann“, which was realized at School am Steeler Tor, Engelbertstraße 4.

In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
