This building is to be replaced by an appartment building for 18 to 28 year olds. Hence the 1828 in the painting. In the meantime it is decorated for a nicer view. The words "Hou vol" (Hold on) were painted there in the past but "replaced" by a racist slogan. "Hou vol" is now back again! Painted by hand, no spray cans were harmed during the process.😉
