This is Hot Singles' signature intervention series (pun intended). These signs were originally placed at a section of disassembled pavement, and read: "Attention! Repairs are underway." The team considered these signs redundant and wanted to give them some meaning. Instead of stating the obvious, the road signs prompted pedestrians to contemplate. Artists placed signs that questioned their own existence while forgetting that they are at the centre of their own meaning. This way, the city started a conversation with its residents using its own infrastructure: signs, road markings, street lights, architectural illumination, billboards, etc.
