Tuyulovme is an Indonesian street artist visiting Melbourne from his base in Yogyakarta. This wall and a number of others were added to the Melbourne streetscape in late 2018. This one is actually in a well-hidden laneway in North Melbourne. Warning: walk in to this rabbit warren - the lanes are narrow and have steep turns
