Not a wall but a garage door that has been painted years ago with a funny image representing Margaret of Austria. If I remeber well it dates from the year 2005, when Mechelen celebrated "Mechelen, Stad in Vrouwenhanden" a cultural festival about the 2 strong ladies in our history: Margaret of Austria and Margaret of York.
