In anticipation for Southend City Jam 2023, Ster UPC created this black and white mural.

This mural has been created by the artist Ster UPC for the Southend City Jam 2023 festival. The event created in the city of Southend on Sea (UK) has more than 250 international artists with great skill with sprays and brushes. It is a portrait of the Andalusian painter Salvador Dalí
