Improving the urban environment and fostering culture are the main objectives of this contest which becomes international with the participation of artists from different countries such as Canada, Colombia and Uruguay. With this initiative, Torrefarrera City Council aims to energize and regenerate the town's spaces, promoting urban art as a means of social integration.&nbsp;</div>
