Attaccamento alla terra, alle proprie radici. Le mani sono scolpite sulla pietra con l’intento di mostrare la potenza e la forza interiore che emerge dall’identità e dalla connessione con il luogo di origine. Quest’opera è un richiamo a riflettere sulle proprie radici, sulla connessione con il territorio e sull’importanza di preservare le tradizioni culturali. Invita a contribuire attivamente al progresso della propria comunità, per garantire la conservazione di un patrimonio inestimabile. Questa comunità ha bisogno di individui che emergano sul territorio per continuare a preservare e valorizzare il patrimonio artistico-culturale che caratterizza la comunità di Piana degli Albanesi.

Attachment to the land, to one’s roots. The hands are carved on stone with the intent of showing the power and inner strength that emerges from the identity and connection with the place of origin. This work is a call to reflect on one’s roots, on the connection with the territory and on the importance of preserving cultural traditions. It invites us to actively contribute to the progress of our community, to ensure the conservation of an invaluable heritage. This community needs individuals who emerge on the territory to continue to preserve and enhance the artistic and cultural heritage that characterizes the community of Piana degli Albanesi.
