The mural covers almost the entire wall of the building at 13 Sobieskiego Street. It depicts Sopot beach, the silhouettes of three people, and a boat resting on the shore. In the background, the characteristic coastal landscape can be seen, including a lighthouse. The composition was inspired by the black-and-white photograph „Po sezonie” by Bolesława Zdanowska. The original photograph was exhibited in 1960 at the Bureau of Artistic Exhibitions during the exhibition „Sopot in the Photography of Bolesława and Edmund Zdanowski.” The mural was finished and uncovered in July 2026.

I was always interested in traditional art since my father is a painter, but when I was in high school I came across the article about Banksy and realized art can be found not only on canvas and in art galleries, but also on streets. Ever since I’m a keen street art hunter :)
