Following completion of a grant project for People's Liberty in Cincinnati—creating an immersive interactive map of the city on the walls and floor and inviting the public to color the blank areas—Phil Rowland took the idea on the road. A few months later Rowland partnered with Renaissance Covington to create this Covington map.
