Filip "Skont" Niziołek (born 1983 in Wrocław) is a Polish visual artist, painter, creator of graffiti, and large-scale wall murals (street art) associated with Wrocław. He was the recipient of the "30 Creative People of Wrocław" award in 2020. Biography and Education Filip Niziołek was born and raised in Wrocław, growing up in the Zakrzów housing estate (within the Psie Pole district). He began his artistic activity in public spaces, connected with hip-hop culture and classic graffiti, in 1998. He studied at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where he majored in Painting. A characteristic feature of his work became the formal combination of traditional painting techniques with methods derived from street art.
