Big fun, but also a nice way to learn a lot for these young talents. The project continues until mid 2018. At BIY the 10 young artists created a big jam mural in 4 days, parts have already been covered by new works by several artists...&nbsp;<br><br>A project by: Graffiti vzw with support from Stad Gent for 'Sticky Fingers' and Sorry Not Sorry 2017.</div>

A long time coming ...

<div>„It's based on a painting showed in my latest expo "SANTO". It shows a boy trying to save a vase with flowers from a flood. A burden he chooses to carry while others would call him crazy for it. Nonetheless he accepts this self-imposed fate.” – Kymo One<br><br>Kymo One is a young Belgian artist with impressive artistic skills, he tells us that:<br><br></div><div>“As a young student, I spend an hour and a half a day traveling by train from my small hometown to the city of Ghent. These trips sparked my interest in graffiti. Soon after, all my savings and time were spent on spray paint and I took on the alias "KYMO ONE". When I finally continued my studies in graphic design, the visual language I saw here infiltrated my work, helping me create a more direct and more colorful style ”.<br><br></div>

<div>Streetart van de Belgische kuntschilder Kymo One (@kymo_one), gemaakt tijdens de 'Off the tracks' trein graffiti jam in april 2023. Zijn kenmerkende felle kleurgebruik is ook in dit werk weer volop aanwezig, net zoals de ketting die in veel van zijn graffiti terugkeert.<br><br>Het werk aan de rechterkant van de trein is van Studio Hurr by Magali (@studiohurr).&nbsp;<br><br>Streetart by the Belgian painter Kymo One (@kymo_one), made during the 'Off the tracks' train graffiti jam in April 2023. His characteristic bright use of color is also fully present in this work, just like the chain that is used in many of his graffiti works.<br><br>The work on the right side of the train is by Studio Hurr by Magali (@studiohurr).</div>
