About the artist
AFK is a Bergen based artist who uses a variety of techniques to engage with the audience. (stencils, pasteups, augmented reality..) His work is described as visually appealing with political, social or environmental undertones. AFK is most renowned for his 2018, painting of the former Norwegian minister of justice, portrayed naked on a cross, which caused a national stir at the time. The name, "AFK" comes from the gaming world and is an acronym for, "Away From Keyboard"
