Le 8 octobre 2024, la ville de Liège, en collaboration avec Spray Can Arts et la Communauté des villes Ariane (CVA), a célébré la Semaine mondiale de l'espace avec une fresque murale dédiée à l'accès indépendant de l'Europe à l'espace.

La fresque, réalisée par Michael Nikolaï en collaboration avec Olivier Hoffait et Blancbec, donne vie à Ariane 6 et Vega C, les fiers lanceurs européens, au cœur de Liège. Elle invite tout le monde, résidents et visiteurs, à plonger dans le monde passionnant de la technologie spatiale.

On 8 October 2024, the City of Liège, in collaboration with Spray Can Arts and the Community of Ariane Cities (CVA), celebrated World Space Week with a mural dedicated to Europe’s independent access to space.

The mural that Michael Nikolaï made together with Olivier Hoffait and Blancbec, brings Ariane 6 and Vega C - Europe’s proud launchers - to life in the heart of Liège. The mural invites everyone - residents and visitors alike - to dive into the exciting world of space technology.
