Dans le cadre du projet "Les oeuvres d'art investissent la rue", les Parisiens ont voté pour l'installation de nouvelles oeuvres dans l'espace public. La Panthère Cosmique de Philippe Baudelocque a ainsi été réalisée en mai 2016.

Sur le mur de la rue Léon Schwartzenberg qui mène à la médiathèque Françoise Sagan, la Panthère Cosmique a été réalisée aux pastels à l'huile. Cette constellation à visage ani-mal est inspirée par le personnage de Françoise Sagan et les collections de la médiathèque.

Né en 1974, Philippe Baudelocque habite à Paris. Il se plaît à expérimenter, à jouer avec ses pastels a l'huile pour créer un univers dans lequel les animaux sont faits de constellations et de figures graphiques. Son trait léger, ses propositions en noir et blanc sont en harmonie avec leur environnement.
