Light Installation LaPaDu

The light installation at Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord is a world-famous attraction that transforms the historic industrial plant into a vibrant sea of colors after dark. The full, colorful light show runs every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays, starting automatically at dusk. From Monday to Thursday, only a reduced, white architectural lighting is used to frame the facility's structures. The illuminated industrial structures — including the climbable Blast Furnace 5—are situated in the center of the park, just north of the large event halls (Kraftzentrale and Gießhalle). They are highly visible from the main entrance.

Viewing the light installation is completely free of charge, as the park has no entry gates or admission fees.
