EVOL uses dull, gray street furniture like cable distribution boxes or concrete bollards as his canvas. Using highly detailed, multi-layered stencil graffiti techniques, he sprays realistic building facades directly onto the structures. A simple cable box is visually converted into a miniature socialist-style apartment complex or a bleak post-war residential building — complete with tiny balconies, satellite dishes, windows, and curtains.
