Loulou & Tummie is a Dutch illustration and animation duo. 
Since meeting in art school in 2004, Laurens (Loulou) and Chantal (Tummie) have been creating colourful characters and stories for children, adults, and leading brands alike. Their distinctive, playful style has lent itself to books, animation, toys, packaging, advertising and everything in between. They served world renowned brands such as Netflix, Disney, Google, Samsung, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros. 
​Besides commissioned projects they develop self-initiated projects like prints, pins, hand made toys, wooden figures and kids clothes. They also painted this mural at NS16
NS16 is a studio complex for cultural entrepreneurs in the heart of Tilburg, where artists and designers with a wide variety of disciplines practice their profession under one umbrella.
The artwork is in the Goudenregenstraat (at the backside of the address NS-plein 16). The gate is open during weekdays. When the gate is closed one can see the artwork from a distance.
