This mural represents celebration of 50 years of theatrical play of "Hair" that hapened in Yugoslavia only one year after its premiere in Broadway. It says pretty much how cuture was inportant in past so called "dictature ship" regime. The one we livin nowdays is much worst. Culture is last thing they think about.
