The mural appears to be an idyll of fields, woods and meadows. Bambi, turkey and hare have one thing in common: they are animals that can be hunted in Germany. And so this mural is one thing above all: a hidden protest against hunting for pleasure. Depicting these animals being free and fluffy, the artist makes clear that animals being free, fluffy and alive are preferable to dead animals.
