In 2021, going into 2022, Lukas Kasper began a six-month full-time mural artist contract with Wodonga City Council. Throughout this period, he was tasked with building each project from the ground up, handling everything from paperwork and permits to designs, confirmations, paint sourcing, and the painting process itself. This role involved not only creating murals but also facilitating large-scale public art projects. One of the key works completed during this time was Fun In The Sun, which became one of the ten murals in town.

The Baranduda Underpass, the location of this mural, was initially an uninviting space, with mud and muck caked on the walls and wasps infesting the area. Lukas was determined to transform the space into something vibrant, playful, and full of character. Drawing from his traditional street art style, he created a lively mural that would serve as a beacon of positivity for the local community. The mural spanned the entire tunnel, covering every inch of the space with heart shapes, flowers, eyes, stairs, and flowing shapes, all combined into a dynamic pattern that brought the space to life.
