This gorgeous Sunra portrait of Nina Simone is the first completes work of the 3rd edition of Juvignac’s @34degres StreetArt festival.
This Nina Simone is located near Juvignac’s music and theater school and according to Sunra this should inspire us to reach out for our dreams and never be afraid to fight for love and freedom. Nina, was never allowed to attend music school for racism reasons and in her songs she often denounced racial inequalities and the unfair role of African-American women in the American society.
