‘Mother’ was Reasms first large scale public art in his hometown. Mother is a take on the cities crest, a strong female figure that watches over the city and her lambs. It has served as a catalyst for the scene to grow within Preston.
It became the talk of the city when it was realised that the mural was painted on a GradeII listed building, after months of deliberation the council granted permission for the mural to stay. Thanks to the massively positive response from the people of Preston.
