Town Centre East Car Park

A multi-storey car park which, during the Cheltenham Paint Festival 2023, was allowed to be used as a freestyle gallery. Inside and across all floors are artworks, some painted prior to the festival but most painted during. It is still used as a car park and the thought is that at some point the space will be re-developed hence the owners have allowed artists in the paint the walls. As of August 2024 the upper floors are blocked off.
