Designed by Mark Lee, this mural was commissioned by Plymouth's Artists Together and makes a brightly coloured welcome to Central Park, which is accessed by the path alongside. It's painted on the wall of the Jubilee Buildings, on the left hand side of the road heading towards the junction with Outland Road - just around the corner from a chemist shop.
