Locatelli worked together with 2 other artists (Derm & Eva Mouton) on this wall, 80 m wide on 9 m high.
For 2 weeks they worked on this on demand of the raiway company NMBS. Steve choose fashion as theme for his piece.
After a year of negotiating Steve got the green light and NMBS gave him "carte blanche" to do his thing. He wanted this topspot bad, cause when you drive to Antwerp coming from Holland, the first thing you will see is these colorful walls.
