Réalisée par les jeunes du quartier de Germinal sous la houlette de Vanessa Mohrhardt et MisterGillus, l'oeuvre s’est nourrie des idées et avis des habitantes et habitants sondés sur leur « Quartier Idéal ». Objectif ? Tisser du lien en misant sur l’expression artistique.
